water shots

Picture 1:
1) Yes it was easy to get a shot with a fast shutter. just have to be ready
2) I wish i could have not used flash i like to mess around with lighting in settings

second picture;

1) Yes still easy still a fast shutter a real challenge is trying to capture creek water or waterfalls, only challenge about this is patience.
2) what i didn't like with out flash is the difference in vibrancy. but i can create brighter images with the settings or in post production

third;

1) it was even easier with rapid shutter but the camera was struggling to process images
2) did not like the processing time

fourth picture:

1) I LIKED THESE THE MOST so trippy. i love the color expanding, it was pretty easy
2) This was the same as the third, still had trouble processing but we did what we good a few times and refilled and refilled finally we sad whoa this is cool

I made this at home tonight, it was an in class assignment but i started 200 steps behind so i figured id try and do it on my own by following the downloadable instructions.
Not as pretty as other peoples but it worked!

1) I learned, A, how to manipulate using multiple photo masks, B, How to combine multiple different images and C, how to add custom color effects to specific areas
2) I had a total of 32 layers
3) I did not like the assignment because i couldn't follow along in class and had to figure it out myself at home, all because i was absent the first day it started which i know is my fault but i was sick. Oh well at least i got it done.

Quick Challenge: nature

Ted talk responses:

I admired his landscapes because one, he captured very important things, he was very patient or very quick to capture just that right moment, and he was very clever at setting up traps to capture certain animals

Personal Responses:
I enjoyed this shot because i loved how the shadows looked over the tree with where the sub was positioned

I think my shot is amazing because it really makes you focus in on the lighting

The filter tech i used was lowering the saturation and then increasing the black point and white balance

This Challenge for me was too quick i wish i had somewhere else to do this challenge

I used one element of art which was patience and i used

Landscapes part 2

Land scapes part 2.

Here are my 3 well constructed landscapes and my 4 B&W's using photoshop.

Questions:
1) the two images that you can see stars, were taken at 3 am, the one of the street art was taken roughly around 7 PM.
2) I wanted everything in focus, i did a high aperture around f 18, f22.
3)For the B&W i think the Lab color method worked the best.
4)I think my fourth

Macro Blog Assignment

Questions; 1) I loved using a macro. I enjoy getting close up and

2) My favorite shot is the flower, i used photoshop to take out the background, only because i wanted to focus on the sun flowers detail. however the chocolate covered strawberry by my pool, looks like a seashell on the beach, now thats cool!

3) I would say shot 2, the sun flower uses the best rule of thirds, it is cropped well. almost perfectly for its shape.
